3. Storage & Handling
- Free storage

- Small item storage (jewelry, candles, accessories)

- Medium item storage (apparel, medium-sized boxes)
1–2 CAD / SKU / week
- Large item storage / shelf bins (bulk items, large boxes)
5–10 CAD / bin / month
4. Discount Policy

5. Return & Return Shipping Policy
Deposits apply toward service fees and/or storage charges.
- Return Handling Fee
Small items: 2–4 CAD / item
Medium items: 3–5 CAD / item
Large items: 4–6 CAD / item
Additional fees for fragile, custom, or customer-supplied materials.
- Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Small handling fee (1–2 CAD) may apply.
Items shipped only after return shipping invoice is paid.
- Abandoned Items / Non-usage of Service
Items stored beyond free period must be collected within 30–60 days.
Items not collected may be returned or disposed/donated at our discretion.
- Customers Returning After Long-term Storage
All accrued storage fees must be paid before service is provided.
- Deposit / Prepayment (Optional but Recommended)
Customers are encouraged to provide a prepaid deposit to secure items.
Deposits apply toward service fees and/or storage charges.
6. Notes
By submitting items, customers acknowledge and agree to all policies regarding storage, returns, and fees.
Custom sizes, custom styles, and customer-supplied materials require separate quotes or handling fees.
Storage fees and return handling fees apply beyond free period, as detailed above.
