Returns & Exchange Policy

At Maple & Co. Fulfillment, we aim to provide smooth and reliable order fulfillment services for online sellers. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges for End Customers
Maple & Co. Fulfillment does not handle returns or exchanges directly from end customers (i.e., customers of your online store).
If you are an online seller using our fulfillment service, it is your responsibility to:
- Provide your customers with a clear return/exchange policy.
- Communicate return instructions and addresses.
- Notify us if any return shipments are expected at our warehouse.
We recommend that you notify your customers not to return items directly to our warehouse unless previously arranged.
2. Returns to Our Fulfillment Center
If an item is returned to our warehouse (due to undeliverable address, customer refusal, etc.), we will:
- Notify you upon receipt of the return.
- Store the returned item for up to 30 days at no extra charge.
- Dispose of, return, or restock the item based on your instructions.
If no instructions are provided after 30 days, the item may be discarded or donated.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If our fulfillment team is responsible for:
- Sending the wrong item, or
- Damaging an item during packaging or handling,
We will take full responsibility and:
- Replace or refund the item (cost covered by us), or
- Re-ship the correct item at no additional fulfillment fee.
You must notify us within 5 business days of order delivery for any such issue.
4. Restocking Fees
If you request items to be returned to inventory (restocked), we may charge a restocking fee depending on the volume and condition of items:
- Small items in good condition: Free
- Bulk returns requiring sorting or relabeling: $0.50–$2.00 per unit
5. Customized/Personalized Orders
Items that are personalized or made-to-order are generally not eligible for return or restocking, unless defective or damaged due to our fault.
