Order Reception
The system/customer sends order information (product, size, packaging request: Basic / Standard / Premium).
Confirm the order and prepare appropriate packaging materials (wrapping paper, ribbon, tag, box/carton).

Step Two: Product Inspection
Confirm the product is intact, with no scratches or missing accessories.
Clean dust, fold neatly (if clothing/fabric), and place in a protective bag against dust or moisture.

Step Three: Packaging by Service Level
Basic
- Wrap with basic one-layer wrapping paper.
- Add basic ribbon (single color, securely tied).
- Attach simple tag (plain tag, with recipient’s name if requested).
- Place the product in a fitted mailer bag or carton to ensure safety during shipping.
Standard
- Wrap with thicker patterned wrapping paper (2 layers: protective + decorative).
- Add standard ribbon (two-tone, tied in a simple bow).
- Attach decorative tag (designed, optional short message).
- Add cushioning inside (shredded paper or bubble wrap) if the product is fragile.
- Place in a fitted carton or gift box.
Premium
Place the product in a rigid gift box, optionally adding an outer gift bag.
Wrap with luxury wrapping paper (elegant colors/patterns, multiple layers if needed).
Add premium ribbon (satin or lace, tied in an elaborate bow).
Attach custom tag (personalized design, printed greeting or message).
Add premium protective fillers (colored crinkle paper, cotton, or eco-friendly materials).

Final Check
Ensure the package is intact, and the ribbon and tag are securely attached.
Cross-check the order with the packaged product (size, service level).
Attach the shipping label outside (add a “Fragile” label if necessary)

Step five: Handover to Shipping Carrier
Update tracking information for the customer.
Notify the customer of the expected delivery time.

Step Six: Handling Returns
When a returned package is received:
If damaged/missing → notify the customer and handle according to the return/refund policy.
Check the condition of the package (still intact or opened).
If intact: store in inventory / return to customer as requested.
If opened: remove the old wrapping and inspect the product.
If the product is still usable → repackage according to the originally selected service level.
